What Mike enjoys most about working at LTJ is solving complex problems. Many customers come to LTJ when something is broken, delayed, or technically challenging, and he takes pride in helping find practical solutions. He also values the relationships built with clients—seeing repeat customers return because of quality work and trust in the team.

Known for his ability to stay clear and focused under pressure, Mike brings a strong analytical mindset to every project. He carefully evaluates scopes, identifies potential risks, and ensures that project expectations are clearly defined from the start. This attention to detail helps protect both the customer and the LTJ team.

One accomplishment Mike is particularly proud of is helping expand LTJ’s capabilities by developing the company’s powder coating and painting division. Recognizing that customers often needed finishing services after fabrication, he helped drive the decision to bring those capabilities in-house. This allowed LTJ to offer a more complete start-to-finish solution, reduce turnaround times, and maintain greater control over quality.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors. Music is also an important part of his life—his son plays in a rock band called Neurotica, and Mike enjoys supporting their creative direction and growth. He also has a curiosity for science, technology, and unconventional ideas, always interested in understanding how things work—from machinery and fabrication processes to big-picture concepts about the world around us.
